Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines from engineering drawings; select tooling, speeds, and feeds; produce setup sheets; troubleshoot machining and programming issues; maintain documentation and collaborate with other departments.

Prepare, enter, track, and update customer quotes based on drawings, specs, and RFQs. Maintain quotation records in the ERP, collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and procurement for accurate costing, resolve quote issues, identify process improvements, and provide occasional front-desk backup.
