Prepare, enter, track, and update customer quotes (RFQs) in the ERP system, collaborate with sales/engineering/production/procurement for accurate costing, follow up on outstanding quotes, identify process improvements, and provide backup front desk reception support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines from blueprints. Select tooling, speeds/feeds, produce setup sheets, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain program documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to meet quality and delivery requirements.
