Teams at C&A Tool Engineering, Inc.

Maintains quality-related records and databases, transcribes and verifies information, organizes and scans customer-required documents, updates and distributes laboratory hot lists, imports and exports data using Excel, and prepares Certificates of Conformance for shipped products. The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency and physical ability to perform standing, bending, lifting, and other movement throughout an eight-hour shift.

Perform general janitorial and industrial cleaning duties on 2nd shift, operating scrubbers and floor equipment, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash/recycling removal, testing eyewash/safety showers, maintaining floor and sink drain records, and following written/verbal directions while meeting physical demands.

Operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts by reading blueprints, performing basic machining and precision metrology, inspecting for quality, and following work and safety protocols. Must perform set‑ups, work 2nd/3rd shifts, and meet physical demands (lifting, standing).
