Supports leaders, managers, and employees across workforce planning, talent and succession management, employee engagement, organizational change, performance and disciplinary matters, policy development, absence management, benefits, compliance, and people analytics. The role partners with senior leadership, Legal, Compliance, Payroll, IT, Recruitment, and Learning & Development to improve employee experience, ensure policy adherence, and provide data-driven HR guidance.

Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated UI and API tests using Playwright and TypeScript. Perform manual, exploratory, functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, and backend systems. Maintain test frameworks, test plans, data, and cases; integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines; investigate defects; and collaborate with development, product, business analysis, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

Build and maintain Azure-based DevOps infrastructure, Kubernetes deployment tooling, and Argo CD GitOps continuous-delivery pipelines. Automate application deployments, improve release velocity, monitor system performance, and ensure infrastructure security, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with development, QA, operations, infrastructure teams, and external providers while promoting DevOps best practices, troubleshooting systems, documenting solutions, and supporting team training.

Provides internal account management and administrative support to sales teams. Handles customer queries, licensing requests, quotations, renewals, orders, CRM updates, forecasting, reporting, contract coordination, and vendor communications. Supports customer reviews, portal training, compliance alerts, and incremental business development while meeting service-level agreements and ensuring accurate order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
