The Customer Account Representative will focus on collections, customer service, and support lending processes, ensuring branch compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Serve as the bridge between business and engineering to define product vision, prioritize backlog, write user stories, lead Agile delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze processes, and communicate roadmaps to improve franchise operations and customer experience.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple franchise locations: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, presenting candidates, offers, and relationship-building with Franchisees. Build pipelines, promote recruiting services, track metrics, and support business growth across the franchise network.

Lead branch sales and finance/collections operations, hire and train staff, drive sales performance and forecasting, manage full sales cycle and underwriting, ensure portfolio health and customer satisfaction, maintain compliance, and support the Branch General Manager as needed.

Lead and develop accounting staff; manage accounts payable, cash clearing, titles and licensing; handle daily banking and reconciliations; post payroll and monthly journal entries; prepare monthly financial statements and bank reporting; and support internal and external audits to maintain financial accuracy.
