Assists with lending operations, underwriting, loan closing, collections, and portfolio performance. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills; experience in collections, finance, banking, automotive, or consumer lending is preferred.

The Customer Account Representative will focus on collections, customer service, and support lending processes, ensuring branch compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Serve as the bridge between business and engineering to define product vision, prioritize backlog, write user stories, lead Agile delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze processes, and communicate roadmaps to improve franchise operations and customer experience.

Lead and develop accounting staff; manage accounts payable, cash clearing, titles and licensing; handle daily banking and reconciliations; post payroll and monthly journal entries; prepare monthly financial statements and bank reporting; and support internal and external audits to maintain financial accuracy.
