The Customer Account Representative will focus on collections, customer service, and support lending processes, ensuring branch compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Serve as the bridge between business and engineering to define product vision, prioritize backlog, write user stories, lead Agile delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze processes, and communicate roadmaps to improve franchise operations and customer experience.

Lead design, administration, and modernization of Byrider Digital University (Docebo). Build role-based learning paths, onboarding, certifications, and compliance training. Create e-learning modules, videos, assessments, and job aids. Partner with business leaders and SMEs, manage curriculum governance, monitor engagement and effectiveness, recommend learning technologies, and support franchise operational performance.
