Assists with lending operations, underwriting, loan closing, collections, and portfolio performance. The role supports compliance with lending policies, customer service, daily location operations, and leadership goals while promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills; experience in collections, finance, banking, automotive, or consumer lending is preferred.

The Customer Account Representative will focus on collections, customer service, and support lending processes, ensuring branch compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Serve as the bridge between business and engineering to define product vision, prioritize backlog, write user stories, lead Agile delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze processes, and communicate roadmaps to improve franchise operations and customer experience.
