The Customer Account Representative will focus on collections, customer service, and support lending processes, ensuring branch compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Serve as first-point technical support for end users via phone, email, and ticketing. Troubleshoot hardware, software, browsers, and basic network issues; document tickets, escalate complex problems, maintain documentation, meet SLAs, support remote and in-office users, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate to improve support processes.

As a Cloud Developer, you will build cloud-native applications using AWS, develop backend systems with TypeScript and React, and help transition a legacy system to modern architecture.
