Provides remote administrative support by managing emails, calls, calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, contact lists, spreadsheets, online records, market research, presentations, employee inquiries, and customer service. Requires strong communication, organization, time management, familiarity with cloud, VoIP, desktop-sharing, word-processing, spreadsheet, and online-calendar tools, plus a high school diploma.

Provide first-level technical support and customer service, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalate when necessary, document incidents, update customer records, produce activity reports, and recommend process improvements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Analyze processes and operational data, gather and document business requirements, validate data, monitor KPIs, prepare reports and dashboards, recommend improvements, and support cross-functional implementation and project tracking.
