Lead Bygghemma Nordic's finance function: own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance and controls. Develop and lead the finance organization across Nordics, align with Group Finance, provide strategic insights to the CEO and leadership team, and support transformation, scaling and continuous improvement initiatives.
