Leads clinical ABA therapy operations at an assigned center. Supervises and mentors BCBAs, ABA interns, and therapy staff; supports assessments, intervention design, reports, caregiver education, documentation, billing records, onboarding, training, hiring, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Oversees caseload quality, treatment planning, authorization reports, and compliance with behavioral analyst ethical standards. The role requires a master's degree, BCBA certification, clinical experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provides direct ABA therapy to children ages 6–21 in center-based intensive behavior support settings under BCBA supervision. Implements individualized treatment plans, collects client data, documents progress, supports communication and self-care development, responds safely to challenging behaviors, collaborates with families and clinical teams, maintains confidentiality and ethical standards, and completes required training and certification activities.

Provide telehealth-focused ABA clinical services: assess, design, and implement therapy plans; supervise RBTs; train families; maintain documentation and billing requirements; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and occasionally provide in-person sessions.

Oversee day-to-day center operations and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Maintain center cleanliness, safety, supplies, vendor coordination, budgets, and compliance. Serve as primary contact for families, conduct tours and trainings, support hiring and performance management, and achieve operational KPIs while ensuring HIPAA-compliant communication.

Provide administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, offboarding, benefits support, personnel file maintenance, basic payroll assistance, compliance (I-9, FMLA, HIPAA, EEOC, ADA), training administration, and employee engagement activities while supporting multiple centers and HR projects.

Manage day-to-day center operations, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, maintain center cleanliness and supplies, conduct tours and trainings, ensure compliance and KPI achievement, coordinate vendors and maintenance, support hiring and performance processes, and serve as primary contact for families and center operational needs.
