Lead the ABA Therapy Department by supervising and mentoring BCBAs and interns, supporting assessments and treatment planning, ensuring documentation quality and compliance, coordinating onboarding/hiring, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining clinical standards and family communication.

Provide supervised ABA therapy to children ages 2–21 in center and in-home settings; implement individualized treatment plans and behavior-reduction protocols; collect session data in CentralReach; follow BACB/HIPAA standards; complete BACB-approved fieldwork activities, competency assessments, and progressive supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA readiness.

Manage day-to-day center operations and maintenance, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), control supplies and budgets, ensure compliance and safety, conduct trainings and audits, communicate with families and clinical staff, and achieve operational KPIs including retention, utilization, and session conversions.

Lead and supervise the center's ABA therapy team, mentor BCBAs and interns, oversee clinical quality, documentation, onboarding, hiring support, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure compliance with BACB ethics and organizational policies.

Manage day-to-day center operations, maintenance, supplies and budgets; supervise and support RBT staff; ensure safety, compliance, training, KPI performance, client communication, and record accuracy.

Manage day-to-day center operations, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, maintain center cleanliness and supplies, conduct tours and trainings, ensure compliance and KPI achievement, coordinate vendors and maintenance, support hiring and performance processes, and serve as primary contact for families and center operational needs.

Owner of employee relations, investigations, unemployment and workers' compensation administration, leave and accommodation management, and HR compliance. Drives risk-reduction, process improvements, HRIS data integrity, trainings, exit interviews, and partners with leadership to improve employee experience across multiple locations.
