Oversee engineering and maintenance operations across multiple hotel properties. Lead maintenance teams, establish preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot building systems, manage vendors and expenses, ensure brand and life-safety compliance, support capital projects, and resolve guest-impacting issues. This hands-on leadership role requires regular property inspections, prioritization of repairs, team development, and emergency response across the portfolio.

Manage multi-location transportation operations, including driver scheduling, route optimization, DOT and FMCSA compliance, fleet readiness, safety, customer service, cost control, and performance reporting. Lead driver recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability while coordinating deliveries between facilities and customers. Develop standardized transportation processes, contingency plans, and operational improvements across Surfside locations.

Oversee daily hotel operations alongside the General Manager, coordinating Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments. Maintain Hilton brand standards, guest satisfaction, room readiness, property condition, staffing, scheduling, labor controls, and operational reporting. Lead, coach, and support employees, resolve escalated guest concerns, coordinate maintenance and vendors, and provide hands-on Manager-on-Duty coverage during busy periods or operational issues.
