Leads studio design programs and provides technical and operational leadership to the design team. Establishes standards, policies, and tools; oversees sketches, specifications, space planning, and construction drawings; manages resources and vendors; supports hiring, training, retention, and stakeholder collaboration; and promotes design quality, efficiency, and organizational alignment.

Provides conceptual architectural design services for hotel properties, including exterior buildings, lighting, pools, patios, driveways, entries, and common areas. Reviews plans, photos, and reports for design and compliance deficiencies; prepares sketches, presentation drawings, specifications, and property improvement plans. Leads design projects and initiatives, advises clients and members, monitors quality and compliance, and provides technical direction. The role is hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona, with up to 10% domestic or international travel.

Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for revenue growth technologies (CRS, distribution, revenue management). Drive prioritization, engineering execution, program management, and executive stakeholder partnership to maximize RevPAR index. Recruit and develop product and delivery teams, ensure governance, measure outcomes, and enable enterprise adoption of product capabilities.

Own vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery for guest-facing web and mobile digital products. Lead product owners and PMs, prioritize by business value, direct engineering delivery, manage programs, budgets, KPIs, and executive stakeholder relationships to grow direct bookings and loyalty.

Lead the enterprise AI roadmap and delivery, directing a small technical team to prioritize, build, and govern AI capabilities. Drive product strategy, value-based prioritization, end-to-end delivery, governance, and adoption while aligning stakeholders and reporting outcomes to executives. Recruit and develop talent, manage budgets and risks, and champion responsible-AI and platform decisions (build vs buy).

Support governance, risk, and compliance programs to protect data and IT assets. Manage security policy and standards, coordinate evidence collection and audit readiness for PCI DSS, SOX, privacy and other frameworks, track remediation, conduct control reviews, liaise with auditors and stakeholders, and maintain compliance documentation and reporting.

Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, and budgeting for technology; run planning events and governance; translate strategy into connected roadmaps; manage dependencies, risks, capacity, and executive alignment; act as CTO chief of staff and drive continuous improvement of portfolio processes and reporting.

Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of an Adobe-centered martech platform. Build and manage the platform team, oversee Adobe implementation, integrations, governance, vendor relationships, compliance, and drive adoption and personalization at scale.

Lead and manage domestic and Canadian payroll processing, compliance, tax reporting and system administration. Supervise payroll staff, coordinate vendors, audit payroll and time & attendance feeds, oversee special calculations (garnishments, gross-ups), and implement process improvements while ensuring data confidentiality and timely reporting.

Design, implement, and support enterprise hybrid-cloud networking across data center, cloud, branch, and remote environments. Plan and execute network changes, manage routing/switching/firewalls/VPN/ZTNA, support AWS and Cloudflare networking, use IaC/automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef), monitor performance, ensure PCI compliance, and collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams.

Design, develop, deploy, and optimize Kore.ai conversational AI agents and generative/RAG solutions for contact center and enterprise use. Gather requirements, build integrations (APIs, SharePoint, contact center), monitor performance, provide production support, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring governance, security, and stakeholder alignment.
