Leads studio design programs and provides technical and operational leadership to the design team. Establishes standards, policies, and tools; oversees sketches, specifications, space planning, and construction drawings; manages resources and vendors; supports hiring, training, retention, and stakeholder collaboration; and promotes design quality, efficiency, and organizational alignment.

Provides conceptual architectural design services for hotel properties, including exterior buildings, lighting, pools, patios, driveways, entries, and common areas. Reviews plans, photos, and reports for design and compliance deficiencies; prepares sketches, presentation drawings, specifications, and property improvement plans. Leads design projects and initiatives, advises clients and members, monitors quality and compliance, and provides technical direction. The role is hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona, with up to 10% domestic or international travel.

Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for revenue growth technologies (CRS, distribution, revenue management). Drive prioritization, engineering execution, program management, and executive stakeholder partnership to maximize RevPAR index. Recruit and develop product and delivery teams, ensure governance, measure outcomes, and enable enterprise adoption of product capabilities.
