Administers biweekly and off-cycle U.S. and Canadian payrolls, audits timekeeping, validates earnings and deductions, reconciles payroll, supports tax compliance and year-end filings, maintains Workday and Dayforce records, assists with system projects, responds to employee inquiries, and supports accounting activities. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, managers, and vendors.

Supports Worldwide Sales initiatives that drive revenue across global distribution channels. Responsibilities include managing support inboxes, maintaining databases and Excel reports, conducting outbound calls to hotels, communicating revenue opportunities, coordinating with sales managers and affiliates, and improving internal sales processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel functions.

Administers and serves as the subject matter expert for Smartsheet, managing configurations, templates, workflows, dashboards, reporting, automation, and user support. Maintains integrations with Salesforce and other business systems, improves processes and data quality, evaluates AI and technology solutions, manages monthly design billing, and coordinates milestone notifications and operational communications. Requires strong analytical, reporting, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
