Manage Singapore compliance within BVNK’s second-line function. Responsibilities include maintaining policies and controls, monitoring regulatory developments, supporting MAS engagement and submissions, delivering compliance monitoring and assurance, advising on products and partnerships, supporting reporting and governance, and collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Financial Crime, Product, and Operations teams.

Design and implement backend card-platform features covering tokenization, sensitive card data, transaction enrichment, settlement, issuer integrations, and payment processing. Architect scalable, secure, PCI-compliant microservices; own projects end-to-end; contribute to shared infrastructure; review code; mentor teammates; and participate in on-call support. The role requires Java, Spring Boot, API and microservices expertise, card-payments knowledge, Docker, Kubernetes, and strong independent collaboration skills.

Leads risk management for BVNK’s Singapore entity, owning the local risk framework, risk appetite, enterprise-wide risk assessments, KRIs, governance, reporting, and second-line oversight. Partners with senior leaders, regulators including MAS, and cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, support regulatory compliance, strengthen risk culture, and align Singapore operations with the global risk framework.

Own the vision, strategy, and delivery of BVNK’s Reporting and Customer Reconciliation product area. Build customer-facing reconciliation APIs and reporting surfaces, improve internal financial reporting, support regulatory and multi-entity requirements, and collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, compliance, commercial teams, and customers. Define requirements, roadmaps, KPIs, and quality standards while enabling automated reconciliation, invoice auditing, and self-service financial transparency.

Processes and monitors payments, deposits, returns, liquidity movements, and cash flow. Resolves payment failures, reconciliation breaks, client inquiries, and flagged transactions while supporting safeguarding, counterparty risk management, and treasury policy compliance. The role also produces payment KPIs, maintains operating procedures, assists with system optimization, and collaborates with financial institutions, merchants, compliance teams, and internal operations. Weekend and bank-holiday on-call coverage is periodically required.

Conduct ongoing due diligence, periodic reviews, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction analysis, risk assessments, and enhanced due diligence for corporate clients. Identify UBOs and directors, verify legal documentation, resolve monitoring alerts, manage account changes and terminations, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. The role also improves monitoring workflows and collaborates with Operations, Trading, Sales, and Management.

Own company-wide strategic planning, OKRs, growth strategy, financial modeling, and complex cross-functional initiatives. Advise C-suite leaders, align product, engineering, and commercial teams, evaluate strategic investments, and drive measurable outcomes. Champion AI adoption, automation, and scalable operating processes to improve organizational efficiency and reduce friction.

Lead group treasury strategy and operations across fiat and digital assets. Responsibilities include cash-flow forecasting, liquidity and working-capital management, TMS implementation, banking relationships, counterparty credit risk, hedging, regulatory capital, NAV and ALCO reporting, governance, intercompany funding, and Mastercard group integration. The role chairs the Asset Liability Committee and collaborates with finance, compliance, legal, operations, regulators, and banking and crypto partners.

The Sales Director will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships in financial sectors, and pursue new business opportunities while collaborating with the Commercial team.

Lead sourcing, developing, and scaling strategic partnerships across fintech and crypto.
