Lead sourcing, developing, and scaling strategic partnerships across fintech and crypto. Lead and conduct end-to-end crypto and fiat financial crime investigations, review sanctions/watchlist alerts, draft SARs, tune transaction monitoring and trade surveillance rules, coach junior analysts, and identify automation and AI improvements to strengthen BVNK's control environment.

Lead crypto-focused AML investigations: review sanctions/watchlist alerts, manage end-to-end transaction monitoring and trade surveillance cases, use blockchain analytics, draft SARs, coach junior analysts, collaborate on rule tuning and automation, and drive control improvements using AI tools.

Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks, execute tests, and implement AI-driven quality practices while collaborating with product teams.

As a Legal Counsel, you'll advise on legal issues related to payments and financial services, draft agreements, assess legal risks, and support various teams at BVNK.

As a Reconciliation Analyst, you'll ensure financial record integrity across fiat and digital assets, optimize workflows using tech, and collaborate with various teams for operational excellence and compliance.
