Lead legal operations by building and maintaining tooling, contract lifecycle management, automations, and reporting. Lead BVNK's U.S. compliance and BSAO function: manage state MTLs and NY BitLicense, design technology-first compliance controls, oversee AML/sanctions and risk assessments, support regulatory exams/audits, embed requirements into product and onboarding, engage regulators and clients, mentor staff, and report to senior leadership.

Lead partner oversight by collecting and validating partner MI, performing trend and anomaly analysis, identifying and escalating emerging risks, maintaining oversight artifacts, conducting targeted reviews (KYC/AML), and supporting governance and stakeholder engagement to ensure evidence-based, timely oversight and remediation.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for individual customers, performing KYC/AML reviews, CDD/EDD, sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening, risk assessments, recordkeeping, escalation, and process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient customer onboarding.

Own end-to-end Card Issuing product lifecycle from MVP to scale. Lead discovery, roadmap, and rapid iterations using customer feedback and data. Define commercial models, pricing, and unit economics. Partner with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, compliant payments solutions and manage external vendor relationships.

Design, build, and maintain backend services powering crypto and fiat payments. Collaborate with product and stakeholders, deliver reliable APIs, implement asynchronous microservices, support production systems, participate in on-call rota, and contribute to engineering standards and product launches.

Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks, execute tests, and implement AI-driven quality practices while collaborating with product teams.
