The role requires strong apparel production planning expertise and travel of up to 70% to factories across India and Bangladesh.

Own B2B demand generation across paid acquisition, email marketing, SEO, website conversion, and integrated campaigns. Manage LinkedIn, Google, and Meta advertising, audience strategy, budgets, testing, nurture journeys, and CRO. Analyze the funnel from lead through pipeline to optimize channel performance and investment. Collaborate with Content, Design, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to generate qualified SaaS pipeline.

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile SaaS products, including research, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and design systems. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams; conduct usability testing; ensure accessibility and consistency; design responsive dashboards; validate decisions with insights; and mentor junior designers.
