Supports product management through market and customer research, product planning, PRD and wireframe creation, agile execution, stakeholder coordination, product analytics, acceptance testing, and feature launches. The role helps define product strategy, manage feature areas, coordinate engineering and business teams, drive adoption, and deliver data-informed solutions for manufacturing software customers.

Lead feasibility studies, requirements gathering, solution scoping, technical demonstrations, implementation, training, and post-go-live support for apparel manufacturing clients. Coordinate with client stakeholders, Sales, Customer Success, Product, delivery, and support teams to manage project scope, resolve escalations, and drive adoption. The role requires strong apparel production planning expertise and travel of up to 70% to factories across India and Bangladesh.
