The VP of Partner Success will define and execute strategies for retailer success, drive revenue growth, and build relationships with C-level stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing a Partner Success organization, aligning go-to-market strategies, and leading executive reviews to enhance performance metrics and operational efficiency.

Define and drive full-stack architecture and technical vision across teams, write high-quality production code, lead zero-to-one projects, productionize ML systems, own reliability and SLOs, mentor senior engineers, and align engineering roadmaps with product and company strategy.
