Lead end-to-end performance and feedback cycles and build scalable learning curricula across markets. Lead Benelux third-party fulfilment and last-mile operations, manage 3PL and courier partners, implement and optimise KPIs (OTIF, packing accuracy), run S&OP and volume forecasts, coordinate inbound imports and customs, support product launches and cross-market initiatives, and collaborate with customer service, marketing and European operations teams to scale the business.

Lead end-to-end creative projects across digital and print (CRM, paid social, packaging, OOH). Integrate AI into workflows, use performance data to iterate, build Figma design systems, mentor junior designers, manage print production, and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced studio.

Plan, coordinate and deliver events to drive customer acquisition for Butternut Box and Marro. Scout opportunities, negotiate rates and locations, manage logistics, build organiser relationships, track KPIs and analyse event performance to refine strategy.

Face-to-face sales role representing Butternut Box at events across Belfast and nearby areas. Sell directly to customers at shopping centres, shows and markets, set up/break down stands, travel regionally (mileage/accommodation provided for longer trips), and earn uncapped commission on top of a daily base pay. Requires customer-facing sales focus and strong interpersonal skills.

Represent Butternut Box at in-person events across Manchester and nearby areas, pitching and selling fresh pet food. Attend shopping centres, festivals, dog shows and markets, set up/break down stands, stop and engage potential customers, close sales, and manage regional travel for shifts (mileage/accommodation provided as stated).

Represent Butternut Box at face-to-face events across Dublin and surrounding areas, pitching products, selling subscriptions, setting up and breaking down stands, and meeting sales targets. Travel to events within ~90 minutes (mileage/accommodation provided when applicable) and work scheduled day shifts (approximately 16 per month).

Face-to-face sales at events across Bristol and the South West, pitching Butternut Box to customers, closing sales, setting up and breaking down stands, and travelling regionally (mostly within 90 minutes). Earn uncapped commission with base daily pay and incentives; training and regular coaching provided.

Lead the Acquisition Product Team to own top-of-funnel experiences (content, channel integrations, sign-up wizard, checkout) and drive conversion, acquisition quality, and LTV through data-driven experimentation, roadmapping, and close partnership with marketing, design, engineering, and data science.

Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for the Build pillar, partner with hiring managers, run onboarding and HR lifecycle tasks, administer HiBob HRIS, maintain people data and reports, and design internal engagement activities to support employee experience and compliance.

Own site SAP utilisation and inventory/transaction integrity across manufacturing, warehouse and fulfilment. Lead audits, master data control, reporting and training, drive system optimisations and automations (with human oversight), partner with stakeholders and SAP/engineering teams, and manage a cross-site team to ensure digital records match physical operations and deliver financial impact from compliance improvements.

Face-to-face sales role representing Butternut Box at events across London and the South East. Attend activations, approach customers, pitch products, and set up/break down stands. Fixed-term contract through 22 Dec 2026, working 16 day shifts per month with base daily pay plus uncapped commission and incentives.

Drive backend architecture and delivery for acquisition-focused features. Build and maintain Ruby on Rails services, PostgreSQL schemas, and GraphQL endpoints. Partner with growth marketing on server-side tracking, analytics, A/B testing, and cookie compliance. Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and improve squad engineering practices to optimise signup funnels and conversion.

Own day-to-day HR operations for Benelux payroll, contracts, benefits, and employee queries. Manage outsourced payroll partners, maintain HRIS data (HiBob), support payroll provider transitions and automation, and ensure compliance with Belgian employment law.
