Owns performance and feedback cycles, including calibration, manager enablement, communications, data accuracy, and reporting. Builds and improves learning curricula, manager and leadership development pathways, and early-career talent programmes across the UK and Europe. Partners with stakeholders and external providers to identify capability gaps, coordinate development initiatives, and measure programme impact. Also supports social value and community partnerships while maintaining scalable, inclusive people processes.

Lead acquisition marketing for UK and Ireland, focusing on non-paid channels such as ambassador, affiliate, partnership, and referral programs. Manage a 2–3-person team, steer investment, measure CPA, ROI, and LTV, improve customer journeys, collaborate with product and creative teams, develop acquisition strategy, and share performance insights with leadership and international teams.

Lead FP&A reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, business reviews, financial modeling, and scenario planning. Partner with commercial and operational teams to analyze performance, unit economics, customer metrics, and growth initiatives. Present insights to senior leadership, prepare board materials, own FP&A processes, and improve reporting through AI and automation. The role supports international market expansion and requires strong analytical, communication, and financial modeling skills.
