Lead end-to-end creative projects across digital and print (CRM, paid social, packaging, OOH). Integrate AI into workflows, use performance data to iterate, build Figma design systems, mentor junior designers, manage print production, and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced studio.

Plan, coordinate and deliver events to drive customer acquisition for Butternut Box and Marro. Scout opportunities, negotiate rates and locations, manage logistics, build organiser relationships, track KPIs and analyse event performance to refine strategy.
