Senior finance leader responsible for international statutory and group reporting, balance sheet governance, internal controls, audit and tax liaison, finance systems transformation (ERP, automation, AI), transactional finance oversight including AP automation, cash and intercompany management, and mentoring the accounting team to build scalable controls for rapid international growth.

Maintain and repair production and site services equipment across dual sites. Diagnose faults, lead shift-level technical decisions, drive reliability and CI, perform root cause analysis, coach teams, write SOPs, and ensure smooth handovers during rotating shifts.
