Tenure-track Assistant Professor teaching psychology courses, including research methods, statistics, introductory psychology, lifespan development, abnormal psychology, and personality. Teach full-time, in-person undergraduate psychology courses for one semester, including Introductory Psychology, Research Methods and Statistics, and applied psychology content courses. Develop inclusive, evidence-based, engaged-learning instruction for diverse students, participate in the university core curriculum, and provide application materials demonstrating teaching effectiveness and qualifications.

Lead recruitment and admissions for Founder's College: develop outreach plans, build community and high school relationships, manage application review and decisions, coordinate recruitment events, support enrollment processes, supervise staff, use data to track outcomes, and collaborate with financial aid and academic departments to support student transitions.

Provide front-desk and visit coordination for Founder's College admissions: manage phone/email inquiries, schedule and run daily visits, train and schedule student ambassadors, assist with application processing, and support campus events and administrative tasks.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor teaching interdisciplinary neuroscience courses, including biological and psychological approaches, while conducting collaborative research with undergraduate students. Responsibilities include three in-person courses per semester, developing inclusive and evidence-based learning environments, mentoring student researchers, and contributing to the Neuroscience Program’s academic community. The position begins in August 2027 and requires active engagement in teaching, scholarship, and inclusion.

Provide spiritual care and culturally responsive mentorship to Muslim students; advise student leaders; develop campus education and interfaith programs; support outreach to prospective Muslim students; collaborate with campus partners to advocate for Muslim student needs and advance Compass Center initiatives.

Lead and continuously improve a comprehensive career development program guiding students from enrollment to graduation. Build employer, alumni, and community partnerships; provide individual and group career coaching; design career readiness programming; collaborate with faculty; monitor outcomes and program effectiveness; and support experiential learning and transfer/employment preparation.

Perform vulnerability management, incident investigation and response, and security tool administration. Manage relationships with MDR providers, conduct technical security assessments, develop incident response procedures and runbooks, integrate security into IT projects, and support security awareness and risk management activities.

Serve as a senior strategic advisor to the Provost, leading stakeholder engagement, partnership development, executive preparation, and cross-university project management to advance high-priority academic and student experience initiatives.

Serve as a liaison connecting ISBDC, IEDC, stakeholders, and peer groups to strengthen Indiana's entrepreneurial ecosystem. Develop strategies, manage and promote the ConnectIND portal, organize peer meetings, align ecosystem efforts with Business Advisors, report to the Regional Director, and ensure compliance with SBA and state requirements.

Lead international recruitment to grow enrollment by developing strategies, managing international applications and credential evaluation, issuing I-20s as DSO, training partner agencies, attending recruitment events, managing CRM and reporting, mentoring staff, and traveling regularly for on-campus and outreach activities.
