Leads Butler University’s Career Mentoring for All initiative, including program implementation, mentor team supervision, college collaboration, mentor recruitment, student and mentor matching infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, and outcome assessment. The role builds scalable mentoring practices that strengthen students’ career readiness, professional networks, identity, and post-graduate success while connecting mentoring to academic advising and experiential learning.

Processes charitable gifts and pledges, maintains constituent and donor records, analyzes and resolves data discrepancies, documents procedures, supports process improvements, and ensures compliance with IRS requirements, university policies, and CASE standards. The role also provides guidance to stakeholders and student employees, collaborates with Advancement and Finance teams, and communicates with donors about gift histories and contribution methods.

Advise entrepreneurs and small business owners on planning, financing, marketing, management, and operations. Develop and deliver business training, track client progress in Neoserra CMS, maintain SBA and state compliance, report performance metrics, and engage community, government, academic, and business stakeholders. Support equitable access to services while staying current on small business and economic development practices.
