Perform reconciliations, prepare and analyze month-end financial statements, support audits, post journal entries, resolve variances, collaborate with departments, and contribute to process improvements and special projects.

Learn Butler Ag's equipment business, systems (DBS, BMTS, AX, Texada), and sales/support processes. Shadow departments, build customer relationships, support product specialists with demos and start-ups, assist at trade shows, complete online product training, and travel within the territory for store support and events.

Lead and optimize regional transportation and logistics operations, manage internal fleet and third-party carriers, negotiate carrier contracts and freight rates, monitor KPIs, ensure DOT compliance, resolve escalated logistics issues, support sales with transportation data, and lead team training and performance initiatives.

Support finance and operational functions by assisting with finance submittals, credit approvals, UCC lien searches and filings, maintaining contract/lease tracking spreadsheets, supporting sales–finance coordination, and contributing to finance projects. Support accounts receivable and credit functions including invoice tracking, payment posting, payment allocation/reconciliation, aging reports, collections support, and administrative tasks while collaborating with accounting and sales teams.

Provide front‑desk and administrative support: answer phones and greet customers, assist with billing and deposits, code invoices, support HR tasks (onboarding, postings, benefits questions), schedule screenings, manage supplies and merchandising, coordinate events, and perform cross-departmental projects and backup reception duties.
