Butler Machinery is seeking Ag Equipment Diesel Technicians enrolled in the ButlerMAX program, combining classroom education and paid internships, leading to an Associate degree and full-time employment.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to service teams, track recurring equipment failures, collaborate with suppliers and warranty teams, create and publish technical knowledge articles, support technical training, review supplier support programs, and communicate parts/service information corrections to manufacturers.

Lead Butler Machinery's used equipment strategy, manage a team, oversee inventory and P&L, set pricing/residuals, execute out-of-territory acquisitions/sales, build trading partnerships, coordinate marketing, support field sales, and travel to stores to maintain relationships.
