Teams at Butler Machinery

Learns agricultural equipment brands, services, business systems, and company processes while supporting sales departments. Develops assigned customer relationships, assists product specialists with machine demonstrations and start-ups, completes product training, and participates in farm shows, trade shows, and customer outreach events. Requires travel to neighboring stores, training, corporate facilities, and territory events.

Learn Butler Ag's equipment business, systems (DBS, BMTS, AX, Texada), and sales/support processes. Shadow departments, build customer relationships, support product specialists with demos and start-ups, assist at trade shows, complete online product training, and travel within the territory for store support and events.

This internship provides high school students with hands-on learning in diesel technology and parts counter warehouse industries, guided by service technician mentors.
