Requires a bachelor’s degree, student affairs and enrollment management experience, and a valid driver’s license. A master’s degree, records and registration experience, and student systems expertise are preferred.

Develops and delivers open-enrollment and contracted workforce development programs for business and industry audiences on an as-needed basis. Instructors may teach leadership, communication, teambuilding, Microsoft Office, DEI, public safety, manufacturing technology, industrial electricity and maintenance, mechanics, PLC, CNC, allied health, and industrial safety. Candidates join an instructor roster and contribute professional expertise to customized training programs.

Part-time instructors will develop and teach lifelong learning courses at BC3’s Ford City location. Subject areas include fine arts, digital photography, crafting, yoga, cake decorating, local history, Excel and mobile technology, Spanish, guitar, voice, and dance. Instructors must possess appropriate credentials, submit application materials and transcripts, and maintain Pennsylvania child abuse, state police criminal history, and FBI clearances. Classes are held Monday and Wednesday evenings beginning Fall 2026.

Supports enrollment services by maintaining student academic records and related electronic processes. Establishes workflows and standardized procedures, troubleshoots issues in SIS, Curriculog, and CRM systems, and helps implement technological process solutions. The role also requires critical thinking, problem solving, data analysis, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools. Occasional evening and weekend hours are required.
