Recruits and supports Butler County residents for a grant-funded EMS Academy cohort. Responsibilities include outreach to community organizations, assisting with applicant selection, facilitating cohort enrollment, processing accepted students, and supporting program communications. The position is temporary, part-time, and may require evening or weekend work.

Process the College’s semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time, maintain payroll and HR records, reconcile financial information, and support payroll and human resources functions. The role requires confidentiality, strong organizational skills, process improvement, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, spreadsheets, and payroll systems. Responsibilities also include recordkeeping, office administration, and compliance with payroll tax codes and accounting principles.
