Develop and maintain BusPlanner Pro using C++ and .NET, support UI development, collaborate with teams, and optimize databases.

This role involves building the outbound sales engine, generating pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and advancing to an Account Executive role within 6-9 months.

Provide technical and product support to K-12 transportation clients: troubleshoot data/import/export and performance issues, manage Windows cloud-hosted environments, use SQL Server to resolve issues, produce documentation, and participate in a rotating 7am–7pm ET support schedule with occasional after-hours.

Lead and mentor a sales team while driving revenue growth in K-12 software sales. Execute sales strategies, manage deals, and build relationships with stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects, manage timelines and cross-functional coordination, execute data migrations using Excel and AI tools, deliver product training (online and in-person), and guide clients through change management to ensure successful go-lives.
