Teams at BusPlanner

Provides hands-on technical troubleshooting, configuration, implementation, and client support across the BusPlanner SaaS product suite. Configures workflows, integrations, data, notifications, and user roles; supports product updates, upsell installations, demos, reporting, and compliance processes. Collaborates with developers, senior technical staff, and client success teams to resolve issues, document processes, and maintain technical resources.

Generate and qualify sales opportunities across Texas through cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Build relationships with school district transportation leaders, partner with the regional Account Executive, manage prospect follow-up, support territory planning, and represent BusPlanner in the market. The role is remote but requires regular travel throughout Texas. High performers may advance to an Account Executive role within 6–9 months.

Develop and maintain legacy and next-generation platforms across APIs, web applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Build AI-first workflows with Claude Code, contribute to architecture and technical direction, review AI-generated code, resolve production issues, optimize performance, and mentor engineers. The role requires extensive C#/.NET, C++, SQL Server, React, TypeScript, and CI/CD experience, with opportunities to build agentic and AI-powered product features.
