Teams at BusPlanner

Manage logistics, timelines, vendors, registrations, booth materials, budgets, and attendee workflows for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and user events. Own the event calendar, build run-of-show schedules, support event marketing (emails, landing pages, social), track metrics and CRM lead flow, process invoices, and provide remote event support while working EST hours from Pakistan.

Provide technical and product support to K-12 transportation clients: troubleshoot data/import/export and performance issues, manage Windows cloud-hosted environments, use SQL Server to resolve issues, produce documentation, and participate in a rotating 7am–7pm ET support schedule with occasional after-hours.

Serve as primary post-sale contact for Canadian school boards to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion of BusPlanner's transportation SaaS. Conduct health checks, account reviews, coordinate with Support to resolve issues, manage pipeline and ARR growth, represent BusPlanner at conferences, and maintain accurate account records.
