Designs, implements, manages, and supports business technology infrastructures for multiple SMB clients. Responsibilities include project planning, cloud and Microsoft technology migrations, network and server support, virtualization, disaster recovery, security remediation, infrastructure optimization, client consulting, and solution proposals. The role serves as a trusted technical advisor, leads complex projects, resolves system issues, mentors engineers, and supports occasional after-hours or weekend work.

Owns the full-cycle SMB sales process for BNC’s Colorado operation, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, customer meetings, proposal development, closing, onboarding support, and client development. The role requires consultative selling, relationship building, networking, CRM management, and meeting sales quotas. It is office-based in Denver with time in the field and focuses on selling IT services to business owners and C-level decision-makers.
