Owns the full-cycle SMB sales process for BNC’s Colorado operation, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, proposals, closing, and early client onboarding. The role requires selling custom IT solutions and professional services to business owners and C-level decision-makers, developing referral networks, meeting sales quotas, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is an office-based Denver role with time spent in the field.

Leads full-cycle accounting for multiple operating entities, including general ledger management, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, benefits, sales tax, procurement support, and compliance. Manages one direct report, coordinates with executives, vendors, clients, service managers, and tax consultants, and supports operational efficiency across Dallas and Denver entities.

Provides senior systems engineering and IT consulting for multiple SMB clients. Designs, implements, migrates, and manages Microsoft-based infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, networks, servers, endpoints, and business continuity solutions. Serves as a trusted technical advisor, manages projects and client relationships, resolves complex issues, leads engineers, mentors new hires, and supports pre- and post-sales activities.
