Lead QA efforts by reviewing specs, developing and executing test plans, writing and maintaining test cases (including automation), validating database objects in SQL Server, tracking QA metrics, conducting quality audits, facilitating stakeholder reviews, and training technical staff to improve software quality and processes.

Serve as liaison between business and IT to gather/document requirements, produce technical and meeting documentation, support testing, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and coordinate implementation of large-scale, multi-technology projects.

Analyze and remediate web applications and databases for Florida PALM; update apps for chart-of-account changes; create DB views/stored procedures; improve financial data models; use Azure DevOps; participate in Agile/Scrum, maintenance, and knowledge transfer to client technical staff.

Review application changes and develop/execute manual test scripts; document defects and testing results in the change/configuration system; provide estimates and status updates for Agile ceremonies; perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting; complete required training.
