Lead onboarding of applications into SailPoint IIQ by documenting as-is/to-be processes, defining provisioning policies and attribute mappings, running discovery workshops, specifying access certification, creating test cases, and maintaining a prioritized requirements backlog to ensure compliant, automated provisioning.

Design, develop, and maintain reporting tools and centralized datasets for enterprise decision support. Gather and analyze business requirements, define KPIs (including clinical quality measures and EHR Meaningful Use objectives), create report specifications using Microsoft Office tools, facilitate specification reviews, and produce clear written and oral summaries of findings and decisions.

Provide on-site middleware support and integration engineering: maintain Red Hat Fuse and Apache Camel services, manage JBoss EAP servers and QuartzDesk, develop and test APIs and web services, support Java-based applications and batch processes, and deliver operational support for live integrations.

Lead design, build, deploy, and support full‑stack .NET/Azure applications and integrations. Engage stakeholders to translate requirements, implement React front-ends and .NET back-ends, build REST APIs, work with Azure SQL/Snowflake, provide production support, and mentor team members while maintaining documentation and deployment runbooks.

Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration services. Manage security groups, sharing policies, and governance. Administer Microsoft Purview for classification, sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, and compliance alerts. Monitor data protection events and audit logs, coordinate remediation, conduct permissions and compliance audits, provide Tier 2/3 support, develop governance documentation and training, and support platform upgrades, migrations, and performance monitoring.

Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstream for IT projects: coordinate and review OCM deliverables, track milestones, develop change artifacts (impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness and sustainment plans), engage stakeholders, support communications and training, and ensure OCM deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations across enterprise implementations, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation efforts.
