Senior Database Administrator responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing database schemas across SQL Server, Oracle, and GIS platforms. Tasks include daily DBA operations, performance tuning, SQL code reviews, documentation, and mentoring. Ensure data architecture meets departmental and AST security standards and support application enhancements and rewrites.

Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration services. Manage security groups, sharing policies, and governance. Administer Microsoft Purview for classification, sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, and compliance alerts. Monitor data protection events and audit logs, coordinate remediation, conduct permissions and compliance audits, provide Tier 2/3 support, develop governance documentation and training, and support platform upgrades, migrations, and performance monitoring.

Onsite middleware support engineer responsible for integrating and supporting Linux/Windows servers, JBoss EAP, Red Hat Fuse, Apache Camel, GitLab, web applications, APIs and web services; perform application development tasks in Java, provide off-hours/holiday support, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to modernize and consolidate enterprise solutions.

Gather user requirements, design system and screen documentation, perform analysis and testing, develop test cases, support Agile release and sprint planning, ensure compliance with IT processes, and troubleshoot/enhance the HMS/EHR system.

Plan, coordinate, and manage testing across the project lifecycle: develop test strategy and master plan, design and execute test cases, manage defects, lead UAT, validate integrations and business workflows, support go-live and post-implementation validation, and report testing metrics to stakeholders.

Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to elicit, document, validate, and manage requirements; map current- and future-state processes (Pega); support testing, implementation, training, change management, stakeholder engagement, and project documentation.

Design, develop, and maintain reporting tools and centralized datasets for enterprise decision support. Gather and analyze business requirements, define KPIs (including clinical quality measures and EHR Meaningful Use objectives), create report specifications using Microsoft Office tools, facilitate specification reviews, and produce clear written and oral summaries of findings and decisions.
