Designs, implements, and supports enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, cloud networks, routing, switching, segmentation, monitoring, and incident response. The role develops security policies, documentation, risk strategies, and network architecture; performs firewall migrations and administration; evaluates security technologies; leads complex investigations; and mentors technical staff. This is an onsite position in Tallahassee, Florida, requiring flexible weekday hours.

Designs and governs end-to-end .NET application architectures, establishes architectural standards, evaluates technology stacks, and mentors development teams. The role supports modernization from legacy JCL, COBOL, and FOCUS systems, CI/CD integration, performance and reliability improvements, technical debt remediation, code and design reviews, troubleshooting, and architecture documentation. It collaborates with business analysts, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.

The Senior Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage requirements artifacts in Azure DevOps. The role supports Agile planning, application testing, UAT, defect triage, Azure modernization, integrations, deployments, and post-release validation. The analyst will coordinate stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring solutions meet governance, security, accessibility, and compliance standards.

Analyzes FDOT business processes, workflows, requirements, and system interactions. Facilitates stakeholder workshops, translates business needs into technical specifications, supports testing and data validation, performs gap and future-state analyses, and develops business cases, feasibility studies, performance measures, and executive-ready materials. The role also supports modernization, migration, remediation, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with technical, functional, security, and leadership teams.
