Lead QA activities by reviewing requirements, developing and executing test plans, writing and automating test cases, performing database testing in SQL Server, tracking QA metrics, conducting audits, facilitating stakeholder reviews, delivering training, and documenting and resolving defects to ensure software quality and process improvements.

Facilitate requirements gathering, document processes and diagrams, perform needs analysis and testing (including UAT), develop test plans, coordinate meetings and status reporting, and ensure projects meet schedule, technical specifications, and budget while following client IT processes.
