Provides customer support for a cryptocurrency exchange by handling high-volume live chats, answering product and service questions, resolving complaints, following up on issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role also analyzes feedback and customer behavior, identifies service improvements, supports customer satisfaction and loyalty strategies, introduces new customers to products, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet customer needs.

Manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, handle communications and deliveries, coordinate office supplies, maintenance, vendors, meeting rooms, and equipment. Maintain records, support onboarding and offboarding, prepare documents and meeting materials, and assist People Operations with events, training, employee engagement, and general administrative tasks.

Owns daily reconciliation and settlement across fiat, digital asset, cross-border, multi-currency, banking, and payment partner transactions. The role investigates exceptions, monitors settlement positions and liquidity, manages partner operations, coordinates treasury activities, maintains financial controls, supports audits, and drives process improvements. It also requires oversight of reconciliation teams and collaboration with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and external partners.

Design intuitive, accessible, and polished product experiences for financial technology products. Collaborate with product managers and engineers, research customer needs, use analytics to develop hypotheses, maintain the design system, and lead projects from concept through shipped prototypes. Present design decisions, dogfood the product, and identify opportunities for improvement across multiple product areas.

Lead Busha’s finance function, advising the CEO and Board on strategy, growth, risk, and capital allocation. Oversee FP&A, reporting under IFRS, treasury, liquidity, FX exposure, tax, audits, regulatory compliance, internal controls, fundraising, investor relations, M&A support, and enterprise risk management. Build and lead a high-performing finance team while ensuring compliance with Kenyan regulatory frameworks and international best practices.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services with zero downtime. Integrate frontend elements, implement security and storage solutions, optimize performance, write tests and documentation, and collaborate with product and design teams.
