Lead Busha’s finance function, advising the CEO and Board on strategy, growth, risk, and capital allocation. Oversee FP&A, reporting under IFRS, treasury, liquidity, FX exposure, tax, audits, regulatory compliance, internal controls, fundraising, investor relations, M&A support, and enterprise risk management. Build and lead a high-performing finance team while ensuring compliance with Kenyan regulatory frameworks and international best practices.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services with zero downtime. Integrate frontend elements, implement security and storage solutions, optimize performance, write tests and documentation, and collaborate with product and design teams.

The Site Reliability Engineer will enhance platform reliability by engineering API reliability, designing observability strategies, writing Go code, building automation, and ensuring service resilience through collaboration with backend teams.
