Perform hands-on customization and assembly of specialty vehicles and products in a warehouse production environment. Duties include interpreting blueprints, operating power tools, painting, carpentry, plumbing, metal fabrication, welding, basic mechanical and electrical work, forklift operation, troubleshooting, quality inspection, and workplace safety. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, physical activity, adaptability, and attention to craftsmanship.

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across two facilities, managing staffing, scheduling, production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Hire, train, coach, and discipline employees; track performance and labor data via ERP/HRIS; coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet productivity, cost, and delivery targets.

Hands-on production role customizing and assembling specialty vehicles and mobile units.
