Sell and manage commercial vehicle solutions (sales, leasing, rentals, upfitting, logistics). Grow territory through leads and cold calling, maintain customer and national account relationships, coordinate internal teams, assist with A/R management, and travel ~30% to support and expand business.

Perform custom vehicle and product upfitting in a warehouse environment, reading blueprints and using tools for painting, carpentry, plumbing, metal fabrication, mechanical and electrical work. Operate forklifts, solve build problems, ensure high-quality finishes, follow safety and PPE protocols, collaborate across teams, and adapt to changing production needs.

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across two facilities, managing staffing, scheduling, production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Hire, train, coach, and discipline employees; track performance and labor data via ERP/HRIS; coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
