Leads Burro’s Robot Support function and customer-facing fleet reliability operations. Manages support engineers, escalations, fleet health monitoring, diagnostics, failure-mode prioritization, software deployments, scalable support processes, outsourced partner models, and cross-functional issue resolution. The role also develops tools and documentation, improves customer utilization and ROI, and scales support capabilities as the autonomous robot fleet expands.

Lead and scale Burro's marketing from early-stage to repeatable demand engine. Build strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, martech and attribution, partner with Sales, manage agencies and team, represent the brand at events and in the field, and balance long-range strategy with hands-on execution.

Own Burro’s industrial robotics product line from market definition through roadmap, deployment, commercial performance, pricing, and integrations. Conduct customer discovery at industrial sites, translate operational needs into engineering requirements, support deployments, guide sales strategy, and analyze competitors and win/loss outcomes. The role requires experience shipping commercially deployed physical products, working in industrial environments, independently owning product direction, and traveling to customer sites up to 30% of the time.

Own and scale the end-to-end provisioning pipeline for a fleet of outdoor robots: OS imaging, hardware configuration, EOL testing, deployment, monitoring, and field re-provisioning. Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and support to build operator-friendly tooling, diagnostics, and documentation to ensure reliable production and in-field operations.

Lead and grow a team that owns robot behavior, mission sequencing, operator UI, and robot-cloud communication. Hands-on director who writes and reviews code, ships behavior to field robots, partners with cross-functional teams, hires engineers, and ensures reliable real-world behavior and recoveries.

Own and administer HubSpot CRM, ensure pipeline data integrity, build revenue and forecast reporting, create 360° customer views, drive GTM process improvements, and partner cross-functionally to improve sales productivity.

As a Senior Robotics AI Engineer, you will develop and deploy AI solutions for robot perception and navigation, ensuring system optimization and robust performance. Responsibilities include managing ML models and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
