Leads technical deployment of autonomous agricultural robots at customer sites, including site assessment, fleet provisioning, RTK GPS and connectivity setup, software configuration, training, safety reviews, issue escalation, and go-live readiness. Manages concurrent deployment timelines, coordinates customers, field service, and engineering, documents lessons learned, and improves deployment processes before handing stable accounts to Customer Success.

Leads Burro’s Robot Support function and customer-facing fleet reliability operations. Manages support engineers, escalations, fleet health monitoring, diagnostics, failure-mode prioritization, software deployments, scalable support processes, outsourced partner models, and cross-functional issue resolution. The role also develops tools and documentation, improves customer utilization and ROI, and scales support capabilities as the autonomous robot fleet expands.

Lead and scale Burro's marketing from early-stage to repeatable demand engine. Build strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, martech and attribution, partner with Sales, manage agencies and team, represent the brand at events and in the field, and balance long-range strategy with hands-on execution.
