Coordinates with funders, County departments, partners, and stakeholders; supports grant and contract preparation; analyzes data; prepares reports and presentations; monitors deliverables; and addresses compliance or implementation issues. The role requires at least three years of relevant experience and supports grant initiatives and programs within a hybrid, remote, or in-office environment.
