The Senior Accountant manages monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, general ledger accuracy, financial reporting, variance analysis, audits, and internal controls. The role supports investor, board, and lender reporting; improves accounting processes and automation in NetSuite; and collaborates with FP&A, HR, and Operations on special projects, system upgrades, process optimization, and acquisitions.

Drive U.S. growth by identifying and closing spot-market projects in industrial, construction, demolition, environmental, waste, recycling, and bulk transportation markets. Build contractor, developer, industrial, and municipal relationships; manage the sales pipeline; price and quote hauling and disposal projects; coordinate with operations and dispatch; represent the company at industry events and job sites; and forecast revenue in the CRM.
