Leads a team of Account Managers, owns territory or segment revenue performance, and drives quota, pipeline health, forecasting, and strategic sales execution. Coaches account managers on deal strategy, qualification, negotiation, and customer engagement while partnering with SDRs, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success. The role also improves sales processes, champions AI adoption, manages key enterprise deals, and supports strong post-sale transitions.

Leads Built’s Client Success organization, including managers and strategic CSMs, while setting scalable strategies, playbooks, metrics, and operating models for retention, adoption, and expansion. Builds and develops leadership talent, manages executive client relationships, partners cross-functionally, forecasts commercial outcomes, and drives AI and automation adoption to improve scalability and customer value.

Own the technical evaluation and solution design process for real estate development and construction finance prospects. Conduct discovery, redesign workflows, deliver tailored product demonstrations, build ROI models, and advise executive stakeholders. Support implementations, integrations, reporting, and post-sale issue resolution while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success. Contribute to enablement, thought leadership, conferences, and proptech industry expertise.
