Buildots Benefits Overview

Owns Buildots’ global insurance operations, including policy tracking, renewals, customer certificates of insurance, supplier and contractor coverage evidence, office and event insurance, claims coordination, and broker relationships. The role establishes reliable processes across multiple international markets and coordinates with Operations, Finance, Legal, brokers, insurers, and external consultants.

Supports daily accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statement analysis, intercompany accounting, regulatory filings, audits, and management reporting. The role also drives accounting process improvements and automation, oversees bookkeeping activities, and supports Israeli statutory compliance. Requires an Accounting degree, Big 4 experience, high-tech audit experience, US GAAP knowledge, advanced spreadsheet skills, and at least two years of accounting experience.

Lead, hire, and develop a full-stack engineering team while remaining hands-on with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript. Own backend architecture, data modeling, APIs, background processing, performance, and reliability. Partner with Product and Design to ship user-focused features, and establish effective workflows for AI coding agents. The role requires strong technical judgment, communication, product thinking, and substantial production software development experience.
