The VP of Engineering - Product will lead product engineering teams focused on delivering high-quality software, managing teams across multiple products, enhancing operational excellence, and driving technical direction to support significant growth and engineering challenges.

Own and standardize incident management across engineering: lead high-impact incident responses, coordinate resolution, run postmortems and ensure follow-ups, coach engineers on response and communication, and improve tooling and processes to eliminate recurring failures.

Lead post-sale success for a portfolio of enterprise customers: drive adoption, retention, and expansion; own account health and renewals; engage executives; orchestrate AE/TAM/Product/Support; run EBRs; surface expansion opportunities; and shape CS playbooks as a founding team member.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage sales cycles in large enterprise accounts, driving new business, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to achieve revenue goals.

Provide senior-level technical support for enterprise Buildkite customers, independently troubleshooting complex CI/CD, software, and infrastructure issues. Communicate via Slack, Zoom, email and forums; lead retrospectives and planning, publish docs, contribute to open-source tooling, and drive proactive improvements to support workflows. Mentor peers and collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate customer feedback and design scalable solutions that prevent future incidents.

Lead the ML strategy and architecture for predictive test selection at Buildkite. Build ML platforms, scale infrastructure, evaluate models, and mentor engineers to enhance test workflows.
