Manages garment sizing, fit, quality standards, tolerances, patterns, and technical specifications. Communicates fit, style, and wash feedback with suppliers and product development teams. Maintains technical drawings, measurement charts, construction details, stitching information, and patterns. Measures samples for accuracy and collaborates across departments. Requires pattern design education, apparel construction knowledge, proficiency with Excel, Illustrator, PLM, and Photoshop, strong organization, deadline management, and French-English bilingual communication.

Leads end-to-end apparel design from trend research and seasonal concepts through production handoff. Develops assortments, technical sketches, CADs, and PLM tech packs; integrates AI design tools; collaborates with sourcing, technical, graphics, and production teams; manages costs, timelines, prototypes, fit approvals, and fabric development. Provides design leadership, maintains technical accuracy, and guides team members while supporting commercial brand objectives.
