Supports the Special Events Coordinator with event planning, guest invitations, gift outreach and acknowledgment, database entry, and event preparation. The role requires strong computer, organizational, interpersonal, customer service, and multitasking skills. Duties may include working outside normal hours during events and lifting or carrying auction items weighing up to 25 pounds. This is a part-time position requiring 20–25 hours per week.

Provide administrative support for the Cochlear Implant audiology team: process CI DME orders/returns, verify insurance and obtain authorizations, maintain invoicing and documentation in the EMR (IMS), schedule appointments, manage patient communications, process payments, and support workflow improvements.

Responsible for reviewing and submitting superbills and claims, correcting claim errors via clearinghouse (Availity), posting and reconciling daily cash receipts, following up on appeals and corrected claims, answering billing inquiries, supporting audits, and completing projects assigned by the Accounts Receivable Manager.

Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for students with communication disorders in a school setting. Implement and document speech-language instruction, collaborate with teachers and allied professionals, communicate with families, maintain licensure and TSSLD certification, supervise CFYs/TSSLDs, and participate in continuing education and staff training.
