Supports the Special Events Coordinator with event planning, guest invitations, gift outreach and acknowledgment, database entry, and event preparation. The role requires strong computer, organizational, interpersonal, customer service, and multitasking skills. Duties may include working outside normal hours during events and lifting or carrying auction items weighing up to 25 pounds. This is a part-time position requiring 20–25 hours per week.

Provide administrative support for the Cochlear Implant audiology team: process CI DME orders/returns, verify insurance and obtain authorizations, maintain invoicing and documentation in the EMR (IMS), schedule appointments, manage patient communications, process payments, and support workflow improvements.

Assist the classroom teacher in managing preschool special education classrooms by organizing and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons, reinforcing educational goals, attending to individual children's needs, following busing and meal procedures, and participating in the school year plus a six-week summer program. Must obtain and maintain CPI certification and meet physical requirements for working with young children.
