Leads elementary special education services across two school buildings. Coordinates CSE meetings, IEP implementation, staff support, caseloads, related services, student records, reporting, compliance timelines, and intervention processes. Collaborates with administrators, teachers, providers, families, and outside agencies to ensure students with disabilities receive appropriate services under federal and New York State requirements.

Provides HR administration for school staff, including employee record maintenance, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee support, compliance tracking, and payroll, benefits, and leave assistance. The role partners with school leaders and central HR, handles confidential information, supports HR programs, and travels between Buffalo and Rochester school locations as needed.
