Manage daily student discipline, behavior systems, and safety protocols. Assign consequences, lead restorative interventions, supervise common areas and events, coordinate suspensions and hearings, support SEL and advisory programming, and collaborate with staff, students, and families to maintain a safe, accountable school culture.

Lead and manage middle and high school special education programs across two campuses, ensuring legal compliance, coordinating CSE processes, maintaining student records and reporting, overseeing caseloads and related services, coaching special education staff, managing data and billing, and serving as primary liaison with districts and providers.

Provide targeted small-group and individual literacy instruction, assess and monitor student progress, develop evidence-based interventions aligned to NYS standards, collaborate with classroom teachers, support teacher professional development, maintain student progress records, and participate in school meetings and parent conferences to promote inclusive literacy outcomes.

Provide behavioral and social-emotional support to students, de-escalate conflicts, implement behavior interventions, document incidents, mentor students, collaborate with school staff and families, and support crisis and safety procedures.

Lead and maintain school IT systems, networks, databases, and help desk operations. Develop and implement technology plans, ensure uptime/security, supervise IT staff, provide on-site support, and advise administration on technology strategy and procurement.

Provide onsite and remote building-level IT support for devices, networks, telecom, and classroom systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, Smartboards, phones, and networking equipment. Manage user accounts and device management across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ClassLink, Mosyle, Intune, and security/content-filtering tools. Support network infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki, UniFi, TP-Link), perform cabling (Cat6+), maintain inventory, assist with cybersecurity awareness, and provide after-hours/event support as needed.

Provide K-4 literacy and phonics subject-matter expertise: coach and mentor teachers, lead curriculum and lesson planning, manage K-4 assessment/data systems, support instructional leadership, supervise support staff, and deliver professional development to improve student outcomes.
