Teams at Buffalo Academy of Science Charter School

Provides HR administration for school staff, including employee record maintenance, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee support, compliance tracking, and payroll, benefits, and leave assistance. The role partners with school leaders and central HR, handles confidential information, supports HR programs, and travels between Buffalo and Rochester school locations as needed.

Provides individualized and small-group academic, social, and behavioral support to students. Reinforces positive behavior, supports intervention plans, develops students’ communication and self-management skills, documents progress, and communicates concerns. Collaborates with teachers, administrators, support staff, and families to promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
