Lead school recruitment and community outreach, manage social media and communications, coordinate full enrollment cycle (applications, lotteries, waitlists), verify eligibility and documentation, maintain enrollment data and reports, support family engagement and onboarding, and ensure compliance with charter and state enrollment requirements.

Lead and maintain school IT systems, networks, databases, and help desk operations. Develop and implement technology plans, ensure uptime/security, supervise IT staff, provide on-site support, and advise administration on technology strategy and procurement.

Manage daily student discipline, behavior systems, and safety protocols. Administer consequences, restorative interventions, supervision, family communication, suspension processes, and support SEL programming and school events to maintain a safe, supportive school climate.
