Participate in a management training program covering rental car branch operations, customer service, sales, fleet management, logistics, scheduling, employee development, and team leadership. Help meet revenue and operational goals, resolve customer concerns, maintain vehicle quality and branch appearance, and develop the skills needed for future branch management.

Participate in the day-to-day operation of a rental location while developing leadership skills. Responsibilities include supporting sales and customer relations, coordinating vehicle availability and fleet movement, managing inventory needs, assisting with employee onboarding and scheduling, coaching team members, and maintaining branch vehicle and facility standards. The role provides paid training and progression toward future management opportunities.

Transports rental vehicles among branches, airports, service locations, and company destinations. Inspects vehicles for damage, confirms fuel and condition, tracks completed movements, and communicates assignment status. Reports accidents, violations, mechanical concerns, and damage promptly while following safety procedures. The part-time role requires morning, weekend, and holiday availability, independent work, frequent vehicle entry and exit, and smartphone use for navigation and communication.

Prepare rental vehicles for customer pickup by cleaning and sanitizing interiors and exteriors, vacuuming, removing debris, inspecting for damage, reporting issues, driving and positioning vehicles, restocking supplies, prioritizing by reservations, and following safety and handling procedures.

Support pricing and fleet availability decisions by analyzing pricing, fleet, and market data, preparing reports and dashboards, monitoring competitor pricing and demand, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating on revenue management initiatives.

Participate in a Manager in Training program to learn branch operations, customer service, sales, fleet management, scheduling, and team leadership. Support daily operations, meet sales and operational goals, resolve customer issues, maintain vehicle and branch standards, and develop management skills for a Branch Manager role.
