Teams at Budget Car Rental

Clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare rental vehicles for customers. Tasks include vacuuming, wiping surfaces, washing exteriors, checking fluid levels, reporting maintenance needs, relocating vehicles on site, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Works as part of a team and follows safety standards.

Participate in a Manager in Training program to learn branch operations, customer service, sales, fleet management, scheduling, and team leadership. Support daily operations, meet sales and operational goals, resolve customer issues, maintain vehicle and branch standards, and develop management skills for a Branch Manager role.

Support pricing and fleet availability decisions by analyzing pricing, fleet, and market data, preparing reports and dashboards, monitoring competitor pricing and demand, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating on revenue management initiatives.
