Lead an offshore application support team delivering 24/7 support for business-critical systems. Manage people, workloads, SLAs, incidents, escalations, monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Provide technical guidance across Linux, AWS, SQL, web applications, networking, and infrastructure. Coordinate major incident response, drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement, strengthen ITSM practices, and develop a self-sufficient support team across locations and time zones.

Manage daily bookkeeping across multiple Australian business entities, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, transaction categorization, payroll preparation, month-end reporting, and property-related financial administration. Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and Xero while supporting the transition to Xero. The role requires independent ownership, attention to detail, confidentiality, discrepancy resolution, and proactive communication with business stakeholders.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications with a front-end focus. Own features from planning through deployment, build responsive user experiences, contribute to backend services, APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and scheduled processes, and troubleshoot issues across the stack. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable software while balancing technical quality, usability, scope, and timelines.
