Analyze data from multiple sources to build forecasting and optimization models, KPIs, and closed-loop reporting. Develop and debug reports and dashboards using AWS QuickSight and Excel, build data pipelines in Python, and present findings to vendors and internal teams. Work within Agile processes using Jira and Git and produce technical design documentation.

Support the Controller by auditing and processing project invoices, reconciling costs, monitoring budget vs actuals and WIP, forecasting cash flows, resolving billing disputes, collaborating with operations and vendors, and producing analytics and reports to protect project margins and improve installation economics.

Perform utility billing reviews, create and approve invoices, reconcile accounts, investigate billing discrepancies, maintain discount schedules and tariff data, obtain missing utility invoices, support customers and internal projects, and help improve systems and processes to ensure accurate, timely billing and strong customer service.

Partner with customers and internal teams to coordinate utility onboarding data, manage Average Monthly Usage (AMU) adjustments and normalization, assign Zoho tickets, monitor performance KPIs, and support AMU creation and calibration to prevent recalculations.

Create and edit video and motion-graphics for social, web, and events; design social and digital content, branded collateral, presentations, and event materials; maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to produce engaging visual storytelling.

The Account Executive will generate new business, build partnerships, manage sales cycles, articulate value propositions, and meet sales quotas, mainly focusing on energy efficiency solutions.
