Design and quality-check commercial HVAC and electrification systems, including VRF, heat pumps, ERV, and DOAS installations. Develop load calculations, equipment selections, refrigerant piping designs, standards, and contractor-ready scopes. Support commissioning, troubleshooting, energy savings calculations, utility incentives, controls coordination, and hydronic engineering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, manufacturers, and third-party MEP firms while mentoring engineers and scaling repeatable UHP project designs.

Identify and outreach to prospective clients, qualify leads from marketing, generate appointments, use social selling and digital campaigns, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert and report prospect status.

Tracks freight and parcel shipments, confirms deliveries, prepares logistics performance reports, provides updates to procurement and project teams, resolves shipping issues, maintains documentation, and supports supply chain process improvements. The role coordinates with carriers, vendors, delivery sites, and internal stakeholders to ensure energy-efficiency equipment arrives accurately and on schedule.

The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash receipts, general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close. The role develops financial reporting systems, supports audits, ensures accurate and compliant records, analyzes financial information, supervises accounting activities, and recommends process improvements. The position also provides management with financial and nonfinancial reports and supports special projects.
