• Motion Array: the ultimate destination for creators, including high-quality video templates by the world’s top motion designers, presets, plugins, music, SFX, stock footage, graphics for design, motion graphics, and stock photos.

We’re seeking a full-time Creative Director to join our vibrant Creative Team in Tel Aviv!

Wake up for this:

• Work with different stakeholders within the marketing department to create high-performing, brand-oriented ads and campaigns for Artlist, to bring conversions and raise brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal and external talents - motion designers, producers, sound designers and social team to ensure your idea comes to life to your exact vision, becoming a jaw-dropping brand campaign that represents Artlist to its best.
• Deep dive into Artlist’s products to understand how to market them better - live and breathe the catalog while constantly learning and evolving in the AI creative world.
• Generate, shoot, or direct your video idea for the campaign while presenting it to management and other stakeholders in the company.
• Ongoing research of our competitors in the AI space, keeping up to date with the changing market.

• Portfolio. 
• Ideation and concept development skills with a strong visual eye and innovative creative vision.
• 5+ years of experience in advertising agencies or marketing departments.
• A wide and diverse range of references from which to draw inspiration.
• A real team player - working with other parties in the company and implementing their requirements and vision into your creative.
• Commercial and video directing skills is a plus.
• Deep knowledge in at least one of the following: AI video generators, After Effects, Premiere Pro, C4D, Houdini, Blender 3D is a plus.
